Has repeated success planning and launching leading, fit-for-purpose (FFP) Hard and Soft Facilities Management (FM)/ Project Management (PM) solutions in the airport and healthcare technology sectors. Forges solid relationships with executives, internal stakeholders, and suppliers, building consensus across multiple organisational levels.

Expertise in, Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Predictive and Corrective maintenance, and contractor onboarding and management. Delivering transformation and growth within commercial and governmental/ not-for-profit healthcare technology and aviation management sectors, respectively.

Coordinated maintenance, cleaning/ janitorial, transportation, movement of logistics for up to 6 separate sites. Very focused, and trains the teams to show corporate social responsibility, an awareness of environmental footprint and best practice, and 100% health and safety compliance across all areas.

Actioning complex portfolios issued directly by the Managing Director, with Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL), drove annual cost reduction in consultancy fees by reviewing all contract KPIs and agreements. This whilst working both as facilities Lead for the Kotoka International Airport Terminal 3 Operational, Readiness, Activation and Transition (ORAT); and when employed on the departmental organogram to facilitate a smooth corporate reorganization.

Operates with a cost-to-value, rationalisation approach; designs, implements and continuously assesses internal and vendor SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs.
