Stefan Kunz was born in Graz, Austria and moved to Guatemala with his family at the age of 8. After graduation from high school in Guatemala he spent a year in the USA after which he moved back to Austria where he later obtained a Master’s Degree in Telematics at Graz University of Technology.
He entered the field of aviation 15 years ago by joining ADB Safegate Austria GmbH (former AviBit GmbH) where he has since gained experience in many different roles ranging from Software Development, Project Management up to leading the R&D Department – always with the focus on Air Traffic Control (ATC) software solutions. Currently he is working as Technical Sales Manager supporting different ADB Safegate offices worldwide.
Most of his spare time he spends with his wife and two kids but if time allows he also likes to see more from the world with his camera, go scuba diving, play tennis and much more…
